1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using FramezAI (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FramezAI is an AI-powered video generation platform that allows users to create videos from text prompts and images. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a 7-day free trial for all plans.

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• One person may not maintain more than one account to abuse free trial benefits.

4. Free Trial & Subscriptions

• All plans include a 7-day free trial. Your payment method is saved but not charged until day 8.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Credits are allocated at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FramezAI to generate content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Contains nudity, sexual content, or graphic violence.
• Impersonates real people without their consent (deepfakes).
• Spreads misinformation or is intended to deceive.
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create using FramezAI. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content for the purpose of providing the Service. We will never sell or share your generated content with third parties.

The FramezAI platform, logo, and technology are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software or brand assets without written permission.

7. Refund Policy

• You may cancel during the 7-day trial at no charge.
• After the trial period, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Credit top-up purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used.
• If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days at legal@framezai.com.

8. Disclaimers & Limitations

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated videos will meet your specific requirements or be error-free. AI generation quality may vary. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will provide advance notice for scheduled downtime where possible.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
